Family owned and operated business. Established in 2012 with the restaurants in Downtown Miami. Café Del Teatro and Pier 94. After selling Pier 94 and growing the catering aspect of the business we saw the need of a mobile kitchen. From there the first truck was purchased and it started vending and working events in 2015. We started with an American menu but saw that we needed the Peruvian flavors to come out and make it stand out from all other menus out at the moment. From there our American/Peruvian Fusion We’ve been catering and working since then. Have grown to have two food trucks and currently building the third one. Our motivation and fuel is our family and the need to create something great. To make our guests happy through impeccable service and outstanding foods. It’s the Latin Fixins way!
