Meet, Parquitta Gamble, she is the owner of Heels and Grills Catering Services. She have been cooking since the tender age of 7 years old. Gamble has a passion for making people smile through her cooking. Which is why she also uses her passion for cooking, to feed the less fortunate in my community of Overtown.
What inspired you to start Heels & Grills
My late grandma taught me and was my inspiration for starting my business.

Mac N Cheese would be my featured dish. You can do so much with Mac N Cheese
What’s unique about your brand
You don’t find many women that smoke food on a smoker.
