FACTS ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
The Uptown Avenue 7 Arts & Culture Festival will be held on Saturday, November 9th, 2019, from 11am-7pm. This outside event will be held at Arcola Lakes Library located at 8240 NW 7th Avenue, Miami, FL. 33150.
This event is free to the public, and approximately 5,000 to 10K people are expected to attend the Festival. There are many opportunities for both nonprofit and commercial organizations to raise money and gain exposure by participating as a vendor at the Festival. Commercial, Craft & Food vendors (Food Trucks) are welcome to apply. Vendors applications will be accepted until all spaces are filled.
Vendor Fee: $100
Includes: (1) 10x10 tent, (1) table, (2) Chairs, electricity, social media shout-out | Digital flyer provided
Social Media + Marketing: Learn how to use grassroots marketing by volunteering your time on the social media + marketing committee. This volunteer is comfortable with social media, has a laptop, and is willing to commit up to 20 volunteer hours.
Pre/post production : Volunteer for set-up and breakdown. It's a hard but rewarding job! Join the production crew if you enjoy the nitty-gritty of festival production.
Event- Day Volunteers: These volunteers will placed throughout the festival to support all activities happening throughout the festival. Friendly, smiling faces required.
